Jermaine, a native Memphian, with a lifelong passion for creating flavorful chicken, spent years curating the perfect Memphis hot wing experience. And now, it's available to you, right here in Los Angeles. 

Jermaine began learning how to create the perfect wings nearly 25 years ago on Winchester Ave, in Memphis TN. While just a teen, learning under one of the best cooks at the top wing spot in Memphis, he learned the secrets to achieving juicy tender meat on the inside and super crispy skin on the outside. Now, after perfecting 7 finger-licking flavor combinations, his take on the iconic Memphis wing is ready to take Los Angeles by storm.
